Rest Pieriod

Location: Hervey Bay, Queensland

I have a few personal favourites of this beautiful long pier in Hervey Bay, Queensland (see below). And to be honest, I'm not sure which one I like the most. But in all honesty, it probably isn't the photos that I like, but the subject. This pier has a huge history (click link above) and dates back to 1913 when construction first began.

I cannot stress this enough, if you are ever in the region, be sure to have the Urangan Pier on your to-do list. If possible, line it up with sunrise and experience nature in all it's beauty while strolling on this amazing structure. Remember to take a camera!
